Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated person to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing lawn care services, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed control, and general landscaping tasks. You'll play a key part in ensuring our clients’ lawns are kept in pristine condition throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns to a high standard.
- Apply fertilizers and herbicides according to schedule.
- Perform routine lawn care tasks such as aerating, seeding, and thatch removal.
- Maintain and operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Keep accurate records of services rendered and materials used.
- Ensure job sites are cleaned up and equipment is properly stored after use.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
